The desired cooking temperature is maintained automatically with the Control Master heat control. Utilize the multi-use basket for deep frying, steaming, and blanching. Its XL size is ideal for steaming seafood and blanching vegetables, which is especially convenient when canning or freezing. Hook the basket onto the rim of the multi-cooker for easy draining. This 10-quart multi-cooker XL features a heavy cast aluminum base for even heat distribution, a large diameter nonstick cooking surface for convenient browning, and premium nonstick finish, inside and out, for easy cleaning. Multi-cooker and cover are fully immersible and dishwasher safe with the heat control removed.
